「The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel. 「A very good stay in Kathmandu! The staff is very helpful - and we felt very well treated by them during our visit. E.g. we had been on a morning Mountain flight, where they had given us a breakfast package. They also gave us breakfast when we got back from the flight. The rooms are comfy and the breakfast is fully OK - and with superb coffee. We definitely recommend this hotel!」

「The hotel is located near the shopping area Thamel, which helps to find meal and things easily. It also provides hot water which is especially essential in the winter. The rooftop also nice and can enjoy the sunshine there. The staffs are nice and willing to provide extra towels but with a bit slow. 」

「A hotel with an elevator and a lovely restaurant/bar and dipping pool the size of a hot tub on the roof top. I also saw a sauna and steam room but I didn’t try them out. There was a very small gym but it was located by the rooftop restaurant and elevator and had a glass wall that really gave the impression of very much being on display while working out.
