"Thing I didn’t like is how hotel staff is operating. On request for Manager, They never appear. Hotel accidentally charged me $900 more and they didnt know how to refund. Numerous phone calls by me and it took 12 hours to get refund from them. In all conversations Manager never came on call and given assurance."
