The room is two small to fit two big suitcases. The toilet was not flushing properly. We had to wait and do multiple times. There is toilet brush which is not something you see in other hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Great new hotel. Deluxe room has a nice view over the city and is large. The room was spotless and all room facilities were modern, quality and in great condition. Double glazed floor-to-ceiling windows blocked the sound well. The small side window could be opened to get some fresh air, which is a feature that is missing in a lot of modern hotels. The only downside is that there's no real wall between the bedroom and bathroom area, but you can see this in the photos in advance.

The breakfast menu was basic at very best, not what (as an European visitor) I expected at all. Very very limited menu - - we are used to (as standard) a variety of buffet options, bread options, omelette options, fruit options, cereal opriobs, anything you want. Very disappointing. But the staff were nice and service god.

AC was fairly wildly inconsistent, and very annoying it could not be properly controlled, it had a mind of its own at 18 degrees at full fan. On level 2 there was regularly loud mechanical likely from a garage door opening. Staff were excellent, knowledgeable, and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre, eggs seemed like they were from a carton for the scrambled eggs, and the bacon one day was very average, and the next day excellent. Pool did not appear as clean as it could be and was miniature.

The room is clean. Location is good and quiet. However, it will be better if the hotel could provide bottle drinking water. Swimming pool is small only for 1 pax lap swim, located outdoor which will be cold but the water is warm. Staffs are helpful especially Sophie who assist to keep our luggages and direct us to the near bus stop for the free bus city connector which is 3 mins walk.

The nicest & most helpful team at the front counter (even when I’d accidentally made my booking for next year!) Bed was comfy & room was spacious! Pool is little but aesthetically pleasing to look at!! & good if you just want to dip!
