Good Afternoon Chloe,Thank you for taking the time to complete an online review, I am sorry to hear that you may not have enjoyed your recent stay with us.It is great to hear that you were able to enjoy all of our facilities and explore the awesome nearby hotspots during your visit.I understand that there was an issue with policy regarding the requirement of a physical credit card on arrival. Unfortunately we are required to enforce this procedure as the only way for us to process pre-authorisations (security bonds) is via the insertion of a physical card. The option to tap a card via phone is not available for this type of transaction.That being said I definitely appreciate that is becoming far less common to travel with physical cards and our management team is currently in the process of creating new check-in policies to reflect this fact. I do also apologise if you felt that the staff member did not present in a friendly and welcoming manner. This is never our goal and we should always be striving to work with our guests to create solutions and solve problems. Hi Jamie,Thank you for taking the time to complete an online review, I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us!I do apologise for any issues with the air conditioning, it sounds like their may have been a maintenance issue as our units definitely work well enough to keep the room at the desired temperature. I have mentioned this to the maintenance manager to ensure that is it fixed.I am glad that you enjoyed our great location and found that all the facilities were up to scratch!We look forward to seeing you back at Port Adelaide soon!

Our One Bedroom Apartments all have balconies and are designed to allow the lounge area and bedroom to receive as much natural light as possible with the bathroom accessible though the single hallway in the room.
