"We were disappointed by aspects of our recent 3-night stay, particularly given the hotel’s 5-star luxury standard. On two days, our room was not tidied or cleaned unless we specifically contacted reception, despite having the sign on the door requesting servicing from 9am. We also noticed dust on the bathroom walls. When we followed up about cleaning at 2pm, we were told rooms are prioritised based on check-outs, which was frustrating given our room had been available for servicing all day. That said, the bed was comfortable and the location was very central. "
