Caveat emptor. Location is great. Front of house staff really good. The cabins are well used, as are the furnishings. Well situated for walking and bike riding.

We had to book this at the last minute due to another booking that was NOT okay, and we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received. We were even upgraded to a studio, which was such a relief after our previous experience. Brownhill Creek is set deep in a valley, with the most beautiful surroundings. We were woken in morning to yellow-crested cockatoos and pink galahs. The park is also equipped with a playground and firepit. We took advantage of the cafe-caravan on site with all day breakfasts, and pizzas on Friday and Saturday nights. Would we come back here again? For sure!

The location was great. Nice and quiet with local wildlife around. The property was nice. Cabins could definitely use upgrades to the cabins as getting very tired as could amenities within. The chair was held together with electrical tape and only one small air conditioner in the kitchen. None in either bedroom which made for an uncomfortable sleep in the warm weather.

Park in a great location. Cabin was ok but dated. Unfortunately shower head broke due to it not being able to swivel anymore, replaced with one that was left dangling and couldn't be fitted to the correct location (cable tie would of done the job) Could connect to wifi but very unstable (no mobile data service) single bed bunks were no better than a swag matress.

The staff are lovely and the park is nice, but the the 3 Bedroom Villa that we stayed in was very average and really needs a makeover. Very creaky floors, no fans in the tiny bedrooms, uncomfortable beds, tired single bed quilts, missing towel rails and toilet paper holder and uneven floors. Definitely the worst cabin I've stayed in for quite some time.

I dont normally complain but the keycode i got supplied on our first night was wrong. We had to wait around 35-45 minutes until it got sorted. Not fun when you drove 720kms from home. Also found heaps of hair on one of the beds (ive got pictures to prove), which we had to clean for hygiene purposes. The location of the park was excellent and the amenities were ok.

Room is pretty old with doors not closing on the latch etc, but clean & comfortable & things work as needed. Staff at the office are excellent; friendly, polite, cheerful and efficient. That's a big ask with the diverse travellers they get! And the whole park is neat, clean and quiet. Very well managed.

We have always liked this park. It is well looked after, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were able to catch a free bus to the city CBD. The area is tree filled and very restful and a wonder to walk around.

the cabin was really dirty , found hair on the beds . the pillows are more than 10 years old . in the pillow has printed to recommend to replace on september 2014 . but still using them . very very tiny bathroom.
