「Called reception before staying as I wanted to clarify the room size ( the Expedia site said 3m sq) - no answer and no call back. I booked anyway. Reception staff member was fine, however the room was not. Dining table sticky with something - lucky I had antiseptic wipes. The bathroom had glue stuck to the floor in multiple areas and the toilet had yellow residue around the rim and a broken toilet seat. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash was on the floor of the shower and looked grubby. The...

「Room not very clean, very hot and the air-con does not have sufficient power to cool down the room. Missed out 1 day cleaning routine, bathroom water sink blockade. 」

「Overall is good, clean, silent, relatively nice location, with dryer and washing machine in each room, and also nice workers. However, the most horrible thing is that on one day, after the hotel's cleaning work, the worker FAILED TO LOCK OUR ROOM. It's only discoverred when we were back. Luckily we had nothing loss. This is totally unacceptable as I have never met with such situation all over the world in my travelling in the past.」
