「This hotel was incredibly clean and had very friendly staff. I needed to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate me in my same room. The hotel offers plenty of parking, a restaurant, and easy access to the nearby freeways. Would definitely stay again.」

There is not standard lobby, without a key card, you cannot just walk in, so if you need to order food, you must go open. Attendant had a Terrible attitude. The room was another thing. TV did not work, no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, bathroom door had a hole as if someone punched it?」

「At this price point, I was genuinely excited to stay here — but the experience was a complete disappointment. Every single towel had a strange smell, and I don’t think it was detergent. It was more like the musty odor of something moldy. The bathtub was clogged, so water kept backing up during showers, which felt awful. 「I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.」
