The property has aged. In the room I stayed in, the sink was broken and you can tell it has been broken for some time. The towels were old, the internet was the worst I have had in ages.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful at every step from booking until departure. They are very time conscious, the food is great and affordable. The rooms are clean and very comfy. The hotel offers very good value for money.

The hotel needs to be renovated/deep cleaned. There was a bad smell coming from the drain in the showe. Water leaking from the ceiling. No air conditioning in the hotel, as advertised on the website.

During my frequent trips to Addis from the US, I was staying in the Hilton or the Sheraton. I decided to try Bole Anbassador Hotel this time around. Following my stay, I decided to make Bole Ambassador Hotel, my all time hotel accommodation in Addis.

I booked my hotel stay, over a month in advance, as time approaches i try to contact the hotel, no one replies via app messenger nor telephone. I had a friend go to the hotel, before I arrived, they told my friend she had to speak with the manager to help me, and he was gone. My friend went back again, the staff then stated I canceled my reservation...I couldn't even get a hold off them, I explained this to expedia, they to could make contact. SMDH!

I did NOT stay there. I wrote to you explaining that I gave you the wrong date. There is no way for me to comunicate with you or to correct the mistake. How is a person to do such a thing? I fear that you will not read this either.?? I am only to be in Addis ababa on the night of August 15th and I leave to the airport early on the 16th. The place was clean overall, but the bathrooms had a lingering off-putting scent. Closing the bathroom door helped contain it to just the bathroom and also having the bathroom fan on reduced but the light and fan would have to be on throughout. Overall it was a good stay.

Convenient location and comfortable bed. Staff courtesy and restaurant menu are below the standard the hotel can be. Every guest seems to be taken for granted to be a transit passenger sent by an airline - annoying when one is not and bad deal to those who are.

I made the reservation for my wife who was travelling alone. When she reported at the check- in the staff at the reception told her there was no reservation for her even though she showed them her reservation itinerary . After long argument they offered her a room fresh with paint which is situated in the part of the hotel that is under construction.

Excellent hotel for over night stay or longer stay
Great location, close to airport, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Very good deal for the price. I will be coming back. Also great breakfast and restaurant for lunch/dinner.

Reserved a stay for three nights but only stayed two. The first room had the view of a brick wall. We decided to also take a second room. That room was located in an area where there was loud music and loud talking just outside until 12:30 am. Beginning at 6:00am construction across the alley began on a building with workers shouting and heavy equipment noise. Informed the front desk the next morning and received an "I'm sorry." but no compensation. We decided to check out but was told we would have to get the third night advanced payment back from Expedia not the hotel.

I have problems check in and check out the frist day I Rived was 9:00AM front desk was very rood thy look under paid I want for breakfast you can't have breakfast your check times after 16:00AM I understand I will pay but I ask tow eggs and cup of tea they charge me $541:90br that was spriss food wasn't that good some of the stuff are unpleasant looks they treat customer defrent if you look like them (Ethiopian)you get treat very poorly I extended for 18 days to stay on hotel I paid full amount on front desk when check out tims they ask me to pay extra $4000.00br when I ask I paid on full two weeks ago they replied one week a go exchange rate go up so you have to pay the difference I never heard all my trips this kind of business I travel every 6 month I stay so many hotels this only hotel I get treat very poorly I don't know what is problem they have

Dear Values guest, thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention and we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.Regarding the first day breakfast, we didn't offer for free and the price is 10 USD(for buffet breakfast).In relation to the extra payment, it is due to the devaluation of foreign currency by 15%, it was a government surprise decision.But regarding the customer treatments, the hotel policy is treating every guest equally and the hotel has zero tolerance.Once again we are sincerely sorry for what happens to you.
