"Room 209 Lock mechanism on the room door is malfunctioning, made a loud, rapid clicking sound every 20-30 minutes. Made it just about impossible to sleep. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told that someone would be coming to repair it on Monday. No offer of room without this issue. Dresser drawer would not close. Bumped into it several times. "

"Property like new. Suites are the standard Homewood - they are excellent. Staff is friendly and attentive. Location is great. The breakfast is fine. There is an Outback right there and a very good pizza place (Anthony's Coal Fired) as well. Lots to do in the area - I went to a concert at the Keswick theater, walked the wonderful Morris Arboretum. Valley Forge, Amish country and its gorgeous countryside are about an hour away. "

There was an old hair tie on the floor and a very old lip gloss under the couch so we could only imagine how long it was under there. Breakfast was good, but the waffle makers were broken. Check in and check out was a breeze. Will most likely stay over again if in the area due to room size, included breakfast and location. "

The staff was friendly, but they didn't try to find solutions, like changing rooms or ensuring the customer was satisfied with their stay. Personally, I didn't like it because you pay to arrive at a comfortable place without noise, and the people in the next room made a lot of noise, and it was midnight."
