Muy mala experiencia
El motel tenía calificación de 8 y resulta que me engañaron, no estaba cerca de las playas, no habia agua caliente, el lugar no esta en buenas condiciones, no nos quedamos ninguna noche, tuve que irme a otro hotel ademas que esta en un lugar muy inseguro, perdi todo el dinero de la reservacion de los dos dias pero era mejor por la seguridad de nuestra Instancia, me senti engañada

Fin de Año en Acapulco, Okkk !!
La estancia fue agradable, estuve una noche y aunque el jacuzzi no funcionó del todo, el gerente tuvo la educación de darnos una disculpa en forma personal, reembolsó la diferencia que se pago porque el cuarto era con jacuzzi y ofreció un extra para que no nos fuéramos descontentos con el Hotel.
Si volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaría.
