「Very clean, newly refurbished pub in a good location with interesting artistic decorations by local artist who owns the property. Good base to explore this part of the Wales/England border. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. We ate at the pub both nights and evening meal was also very good. Lovely staff. Parking seemed to be no problem, either in pub's very small car park or on roads in village.」

「Absolutely wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Great bed and spacious room. Bathtub, good size bathroom. Food and drinks good too.」

「Beautiful place, very comfortable, must visit again.」

「Just got home after a lovely stay at Rowton Castle. The staff were amazing could not do enough for you. Food was good and excellently presented. The grounds were amazingly kept. First visit but definitely not the last.」

「This place is a real gem. Double room at rear of Inn away from main road, Bed very comfortable - lovely bedding. Bathroom very good/clean - would benefit from somewhere to put down toiletry bags etc. beautiful huge white fluffy towels provided. Shower would also benefit from somewhere to put down toiletries etc. Restaurant excellent, lovely ambiance, food plentiful and very good although chips a little too crispy. Staff really welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. Car park good. Would...

「It felt like a property that had been reopened after being closed for years. No attention to detail. No tv in bedroom. Vastly overpriced for what it is and provides.」

「Perfect stay! The hosts, John & Nigel were so welcoming. Property was clean and comfortable for our family of four. Breakfast was great, a lovely selection for the whole family. Great view too!」

「The cabin was warm and comfortable It was well equiped. The road getting to it was narrow but manageable with care. The road surface was good. The view from the front was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. 」

「The cottage was adorable, well equipped and in a beautiful rural setting. The host was wonderfully helpful and friendly.」

「It’s a pleasant experience to stay in this B & B. The host Tom is very friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated bedroom with everything I need. There’s a kettle and a few types of tea inside the room, and the breakfast is more than good enough for me. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Knighton. It’s just a small town and so it’s within walking distance to all main attractions.」

「Allt var bra!」
