「無足夠車位，説好的免費泊車呢？原來只有十個車位左右，結果要泊街 (8am要揸車走/入錶) 房間ok，廁所都幾大 早餐area 太多人, 好混亂，而且無人收拾乾淨 」

「The building its self Is lively. The Hotel was lovely & beautifully decorated inside. Hotel and decor Looked very sophisticated and elegant. Was given an upgrade as was a a Birthday. Hotel literally steps away from train and bus station. Amazing location. 」

「All staff very friendly and welcoming - particularly the ladies at breakfast! Everyone made an effort to interact with our 3 year old which goes a long way. :) very family/ dog friendly. Good food - probably the best cooked breakfast we’ve had in a while, everything was perfectly cooked and great selection. We had a meal in the restaurant too that was tasty! We stayed in a garden room, spacious and clean. Lovely location with great views of the surrounding hills. Would recommend and would stay...
