While I'm glad you found our hotel to be comfortable, we want you to always have the amenities you need and expect from a Marriott hotel. I do know our staff was very busy keeping up with laundry this weekend and so that did set back the cycling of pool towels and I apologize greatly for that. We will try to be better prepared with extra towels in the future, during such busy weekends, but I promise you our housekeeping and laundry are working continuously to make this happen. I will speak to our front desk staff about properly relaying if - and how long - there will be a wait time for towels that are currently in our machines. Unfortunately, we were unable to call you and let you know what we did have available for accessibility. I'm very empathetic to the circumstance that brought you to town, as saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy. As for your check-in - that was my own daughter and I do apologize. My mother had just dropped her off after school as I was about to get off of work. I know she got a bit impatient waiting for me but, having been there, I'm thankful it was a very short-lived outburst. While you may have told her she was not nice, I promise she's a very sweet little girl. Given that our housekeeping service is every other day, when you asked to be added to the list, we were more than happy. I, personally, did tell you I'd have your name added and I went upstairs and handed it directly to your housekeeper. When you asked how soon they would be there, I told you I could not be sure but I'd ask them to get to you after they were finished w/ what they were working on at the time. I apologize, as it was a very busy day. When I came through checking rooms around 2:00, I was glad to see a housekeeper entering your room. I hope she did a great job for you, as she is a very hard worker! Whether you choose to give Marriott a chance in the future, or to go elsewhere, I hope you have a very comfortable experience during your future travels.
