"The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My husband and I thought the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The parking lot was small, but we had no problem finding a place to park. There was noise from the street, but I didn’t hear it after falling asleep. "

"The room was very dirty, there was so much dust and dirt that we ended up leaving our shoes on and sleeping in our clothes. Very concerned for safety and unfortunately no alternative place to try to find as we arrived close to midnight and needed to be somewhere before the cruise the next morning. We ended up leaving as early as possible and walked to the cruise port just to get out of the neighbourhood which had various individuals living in their vehicles parked on the street etc. Do not recommend this property"

"Staff were all courteous. Parking was easy. Physical conditions of hotel was a little old but clean."

"This place is a dump. It is super noisy from the street traffic. The door didn’t seal so when the idiots that were next door would stand outside smoking dope, the smoke would come into our room which was gross. I wouldn’t even venture taking a shower as the tub was disgusting. The only good things about this place was there many places close by to grab a bite to eat, and they had a free shuttle to the cruise terminal. Would I stay here again? Not a chance. This place is well past its best before date."
