"The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, right next to the outdoor market, which I really enjoyed because I had the opportunity to try a wide variety of local foods. It is also close to popular tourist attractions such as Seoraksan and the area's beautiful beaches. My single room overlooked the lake and a charming bridge, making the view especially relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel."

"Good: Perfect location for beach access and beautiful views. Convenience store in the building sells everything you need. Room is nicely renovated and clean. Needs improvement: Looks like hotel is still working on renovating hallways. Keep windows clean to maximize views. Improve the food quality at the breakfast buffet. Fix crumbling concrete outside to improve safety. Loved our stay overall, and we plan to be back next year!"

"First of all, the staff were really professional and nice. The viewfrom the room was great, too. One drawback is that I wish I could have known in advance on the website that I needed to wear aqua shoes to enter the infinity pool. Also, I didn't quite understand why the check-in process starts at 3 PM. Even if entering the room is from 3 PM, I wish I could have checked in earlier."

"The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind. Several of the staff spoke English which was very helpful. They gave excellent recommendations of where to go and what to do. Exceptional service and very clean property. There was an intern there who spoke fluent English who spent a lot of time helping us figure out our plans. Overall we were very happy! Highly recommend this property."

"호텔이 바다 바로 앞이어서 밤에도 산책가능 했고 호텔 앞 식당에서는 비교적 저렴하게 회와 대게를 먹을 수 있었습니다. 저녘에는 분수 쇼 구경하며 시원한 여름 밤을 즐길 수 있었는데 이 모든게 호텔이 가까이 있어 가능했던것 같습니다."

"The room was pretty much a no frills room. Had induction stove top but no pans, dishes or silverware. Had a washing machine but not hooked up. No bidet. The elevator was a mess. Five floors of parking and 21 floors of rooms. During busy times had to wait for several cars before actually getting on. There weren’t enough parking so the guests were parked on the ramps or where ever they found a spot. The TV was programmed to shut off and couldn’t cancel the auto shut off. It definitely was challenging stay."
