Excellent value

Newer hotel, clean and spacious. Good location within walking distance to various tourist sites. Bus stop is close to the hotel. The only concern we had was that the elevators took so long to get to our floor. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Good value but pretty basic. The lift situation was not as bad as we feared from reading reviews but in high season could be horrendous. Breakfast was not fancy but okay. It was annoying that the washing machine seen in the pictures was non-functional, something about safety regulations we gather. Convenient for the intercity bus terminal - 10 mins walk - and the #7 bus to Seoraksan stops across the road from the hotel. Also, the seafood restaurants along the road to the harbour front were great, with really friendly people!

This hotel is new but the quality of facility is built with cheap as possible. You will spend more time waiting for elevator ( horrible). Seriously lack of manpower to make up your room, stayed four nights and they only cleaned room once. Overrated and priced. Look for another hotel.

겉모습을 봤을땐 시설 관리 잘되어 있구나 했는데 막상 방을 들어가보니 청결에는 신경을 많이 못쓴 느낌이였습니다. 침대에는 머리카락이 벽지에는 언제 죽은지 모르는 모기 사체가 붙어 있었고 화장실 타일 밑 변기 밑에는 곰팡이로 보이는 변색된 실눈들이 많이 보였습니다. 그리고 매우 협소한 주차공간에 야간에 외부 무료 시설에 주차를 해주는건 좋은데 문제는 대형 트럭 및 건설차량 들이 주차하는곳 같았는데 호텔에서 문제시 책임을 질 수 없다는 직원의 답변을 받고 너무 황당 했고 아이파크라는 이름이 초라해 보이는 모텔만도 못한 호텔이다 싶었습니다.
