Among other things the room included air conditioning. Having lived in Korea, the climate can be very hot and muggy at times. However, when the air conditioning didn't work we found out that they purposely gave us a room without air conditioning. Then they were going to charge us extra for an upgraded room that did have air conditioning. All this after a long day of travel. The next morning after complaining then agreed not to charge us. Overall not a pleasant experience. Note to others, especially foreigners, ask about the air conditioning before getting your room.

오크벨리와 힐스빌리지는 달라요 주의필요합니다

오크벨리와 힐스빌리지는 서로 다릅니다. 10분 차로 이동거리이고 힐스빌리지는 스키장 인근 콘도 정도로 보시면 됩니다. 오크벨리와 떨어져 있어 불편하고 부대시설도 부족해서 하루정도 숙박하시는것으로 권장합니다.

좁은 주차장, 한겨울에는 스키이용자들때문에 야외 캠프장에 주차하다 배터리 방전생길수있음. 주차자리는 매우 협소. 오래된 건물인지 위에서 조그마한 발소리도 다 울려퍼짐.

만족해요!!

리조트는 연식이 있는걸 감안하고 갔습니다. 건물은 그렇지만 룸은 리모델링 된 상태라 깨끗하고 청소상태도 좋았습니다👍 직원분들도 친절하고 , 여긴 꼭 차량이 있어야 할것 같습니다. 리조트가 커서 안에서도 차가 필요합니다~ 리조트 안에서 즐길거리가 많아 좋았습니다! 가성비 좋은 리조트 입니다!

It’s not our family’s first time. We probably stay at least two times a year or more, for the last ten years I have been in Korea. Always a good time even though there’s not much in the resort unless you’re a golfer or skier. We always find ways to keep ourselves busy in and out of our room. The staff and services are impeccable. Our recent stay I left a few of contacts lens and even though I was willing to call it a lost but took a shot of calling and asking them to hold them in lost and found if I ever returned next month. But they offered to ship them to my house the next business day. Amazing!

또 방문 하고싶어요.

스키나 리조트 시설을 이용하는 분들이 묵기에 좋겠어요. 식기류나 수저, 도마, 쟁반, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 헤어드라이기 등 왠만한건 다 있어서 식사 해결하기 수월했어요. 스키장 개장하자마자 갔었는데 스키타시는 분들은 만족할만 하다고 생각했어요. 무인 24시간 편의점도 있고 식당도 다양하게 있어요. 경치도 완벽했고요. 시설이 낡은 느낌이 있지만 아주 잘 관리 된거 같았어요. 다만 창가쪽에서 찬바람이 벽을 타고 들어와서 좀 추울수있어요. 창가쪽에서 떨어진곳에서 자는건 괜찮아요. 그리고 엄청 건조해서 휴대용가습기 챙겨갔는데 너무 다행이었어요.

오크밸리 리조트

숙박은 나뿌지 않았지만 35평 객실이 거실도 주방도 너무 작더라구요. 그리고 객실 체크인시 모바일 체크인이 있어서 이미 모바일 체크인으로 스키장 뷰가 다 나간 상태라 선택할수도 없이 마운틴 뷰 방으로 그것도 2객실 예약이었는데 떨어진.방으로 잡혔네요. 모바일 체크인을 어디로 들어가서 하는지 안내 문자나 카카오톡 전혀 없었던게 너무 아쉬웠어요.

같은 평수와 조건으로 2번째 예약이였는데 콘도A가 아니라 B 1층 파킹장 앞을 주셔서 하루종일 커튼 닫고 있어서 너무 불편했어요!
