「Room was dirty, hair in the bed and dead roaches in the bathroom. People knocking on room doors at 2AM. Tried to call the front desk and no answer after several tries. 」

「Bathroom had some molding, bed sheets were in bad shape. The room walls are so thin, you can hear all your neighbor's rooms. Came back home with some bites in my left arm possibly from bed bugs. Never staying here again.. Staff was nice and friendly though.」

「The photo looked a lot better than what it actually is. In fact, it's rather misleading. The facility is super old and hasn't been maintained well. Won't say much about cleanliness as people have different standards. The heating (we stayed in early March and it was cold) did not work. The wall unit emitted only luke-warm air the whole time. Staffs were fine. Parking was fine. But overall not a good stay. 」

「In the past booking at a comfort inn was a soild choice. Different locations seemed to be more up to standards of the name. Unfortunately for the condition of the hotel we stayed in it needs some maintenance, upkeep and a deep clean. Price vs what we got is what my biggest complaint. People service wise were great.」
