「I booked this room on Expedia and received confirmation in the morning of my reservation. At 6 PM I went to check in and was told my reservation was canceled. Of course, all they had were the Jacuzzi rooms which were more than double the price that I was quoted. I had to call several hotels to find one that had a room. I had an event that I had to be at at 8 PM and had to really scramble and was very stressed afterward. Just terrible」

「Room was large, clean other than the fridge still had some drinks left from the last people. Standard king room with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom only had a window with only shower screen between it and the rest of the room which is weird. All in all it’s great value for what they charge. 」

「There were roaches! They made me pay in cash. I checked out early and they refused to refund me my money. It is next to a strip club so it doesn’t feel very safe. The room cleaner slammed on the door so loud I was woken up (i was working night shift). All of the staff was rude. The rooms look like they haven’t been updated in 30 years. 「Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. 」

「Rugs in the hallways had not been vacuumed, the floors were tacky when walking on them, the bathroom had not been vacuumed as there was hair on the floor , the hand towels were red stained, washcloths with holes in them and the shower was slimy. Never mind the tiniest bar of soap ever and it had no suds when wet. Will not frequent this hotel again when traveling. Positive note, the front desk ladies were very courteous and pleasant. 「It was very disappointing to find out the pool was not open & hadn't been for several months according to the front desk. I reserved the room solely for the pool for a birthday party & no where on the website was it mentioned the pool was closed. 」
