「We had a wonderful stay here, with a friendly front desk and perfect comfort. The hotel was very clean, and the pleasant scent of wood in the room made us feel relaxed. Breakfast was excellent, and the view while enjoying it in the morning was another delight. Dinner at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Anna Stuben, gave us a truly memorable experience as well. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Ortisei. Highly recommended!」

「 Please be aware if you come with a large group and a car. The check-in instruction provided by the hotel was inaccurate. We came with a car and found it so confusing upon arrival. There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. The parking slots are also very small. Even a SUV would need to...

Property is beautiful both inside and outside. Wellness spa including jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. Breakfast is elaborate and delicious. Staying in for the 5 course meal is a MUST- the best meal of our entire trip through Europe. We will definitely be visiting again. 」
