"The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well looked after. The property is a short walk to town (10 mins), and the cable cars for the Secada (20 min) and Alpin de suis (10 mins)."

"Wow for customer service. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious very new (renovated room). We had mountain views and balcony. I liked that the commode is separated from the shower/tub area. The hotel is walking distance to Alpe di Suisi and Seceda and main town. A good selection of restaurants. The hotel has a top rated restaurant. I cant rate it since I did not eat there. We liked the rooftop. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices. There is no pool in the hotel but there is a free one nearby. Parking is available. A few issues I had: no airconditioning in the room, some days were okay since it was tolerable with the doors and windows open. Some bees and flies came in the room but not too bad. They stated that the heat is not usual here. The amenities is lacking such as no tissue, toilet paper is rough, no robe, no slippers. The shampoo/hand soap in one is a inconvenient. There is only one so when you shower you have to get it from the sink. There no hair conditioner. No minibar but there is a vending machine at the front of tge hotel. Food is not allowed in the room but we were allowed drinks as long as they are not dark in color since the carpet is new. Again, customer service was superb. Everyone was awesome. They gave us a small gift which was really sweet."

"Amazing place with great breakfast, friendly staff, spacious room with nice mountain views, nice gym, great relaxing pool, complementary parking and great complementary fitness and outdoor classes. Alessandro was great and precise in his instructions for indoor and outdoor activities. Special kudos to Alessandro (fitness) and also Louis and Dario whom were very attentive to the guest needs and super friendly / enjoyable. The only improvements would be: 1. Install AC as it was a furnace even with a fan 2. Add cable tv with better channels 3. Add carpet in the room above as it was very noisy at times with kids running up and down their wood floor room (especially between 10 and 11.30 pm) Other than that the place for awesome and would come back for sure."

"With both Seceda and Alpe di Suisi cable cars with min walking distance to hotel it was the perfect location. The hotel offers an easy location to get to both while not in the heart of downtown Ortisei. The hotel offers a nice mix of relaxation (pool, silent room, and patio areas) with the access to summer hiking in the area. Great place to stay and really enjoyed our few days there."
