24일동안의 이탈리아 여행중 가장 좋았던 숙소입니다. 위치는 세체다 & 알페디시우스 케이블/곤돌라 이용을 위한 충분한 도보 거리, 넓직한 주차장, 앞 뜰의 정경, 편안한 침구, Residence 의 충분한 장점 그리고 사장님 남매의 친절함과 부지런함 모든 것이 인상적이었습니다. 다시 기회가 주어진 다면 꼭 방문하고 싶어요.

We loved our three-night stay at Residence Altea! The location was great - very central to the pedistrian-only section of Ortesei and near the veniculars/cable cars to the various mountain hikes. The room was very large and spacious and well-equipped! The breakfast was included and delicious! Monika at the front desk was always helpful and very, very friendly. She had great hiking tips each day based on the weather :) We also took full advantage of the spa ammenities and enjoyed them very much after a long day of hiking. We highly recommend this property - it was the highlight of our trip!

Beautiful place! The only recommendation would be to open the spa for more hours or all day for the guest. Having to plan spa time between 4-8 while doing activities is challenging.

I love the apartment style stay of this place, and sitting on the balcony. It was quiet and peaceful, nice view of the mountains. Very close to the centre, less then a 10 min walk, and around a 10 - 15 min walk to the Alpe di Siusi and Seceda cable cars. Nice spa area to relax in. Breakfast was great each morning. Staff were great and very helpful. They have laundry you can buy tokens for and use which was nice to have. Bed was comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. Also felt very safe.

We loved everything about this place. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Our apartment had plenty of space, comfortable beds, a kitchenette, great showers and a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast each morning was a delcious pre-hike feast. The walk into town for shops and restaurants took about three minutes. We had a wonderful time!

Fantastic and affordable hotel near all the Ortisei sites. Walkable to the lifts and ferniculer. Monica the manager was incredibly accommodating - meeting us early before check in time and showing us around. The car garage is an absolute must and so convenient. The breakfast is quite a spread - including made to order eggs. Cannot say enough - Altea has it all for couples and families. Will go back.

What an amazing and relaxing stay! The room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the amenities were lovely. Beds were comfortably firm. Great variety for breakfast. So nice to enjoy the spa after long days of hiking!

The owner/property manager (Monika) was amazing - very welcoming, friendly and professional! The property is impeccable - a blend of modern and rustic (new construction) with a fantastic spa - and it’s only a short walk to the center of town and gondola to Seceda. We’ll definitely return - hopefully in the winter!

Absolutely everything. Monica was delightful, professional and gave us all the information we needed to highlight our stay in Ortisei and the Val de Gardena. Ortisie is a beautiful village I highly recommend a stopover in the Dolomites. Althea Residence exceeded our expectations, the location, our apartment; beautifully appointment with stunning views and everything we needed including robes. We used the wellness centre/spa daily. Breakfast was delicious, the team fabulous. We loved it!

Wonderful property and perfect location. The balcony and views couldn’t have been more perfect. The owner/staff at the front desk was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very large, plenty of space to cook, prepare meals for hikes, or relax on the balcony. Alpe di Siusi and Seceda cable cars were less than a five minute walk and right around the corner from the main town.
