「The house keeping is terrible! I think they don’t really follow room check out status to perform cleaning. The staff just open my door at 06:30am for house keeping. I feel unsafe and strange. Even I already be their gold member I still need to wait over 20 mins to checkout at 10:30am, definitely not because of busy traffic, but only one counter is open, the great thing with this hotel is the location and parking offer. However it definitely strange to have someone break into my room at 06:30am...

「Overall, this is a very nice hotel. It would’ve gotten a higher score except for the fact that they don’t answer the phone. We called many times looking for a room service for other questions about amenities and potential outings, but mostly got their hold recording for extended periods of time. This was both in the middle of the day and late at night. They clearly don’t have enough staff to answer the phone anytime they matter. Our average hold time was approximately five minutes.
