Very nice no frills hotel in a great part of Amsterdam. It’s pretty close to the tram, easy walks to many places, and a lot cheaper than staying in closer to the Centrum. Definitely recommend!

Our room was very large (the size of a typical American hotel room 😊) and was perfectly clean. The check-in process was done via kiosk but was seamless and there were staff members to ask if needed. We were well taken care of and will definitely be returning!

Late arrival from me and my friend yet staff were still there happily waiting and made us lattes as we were checking in. wish we had more time to use the hotel more as it looks great. Housekeeping were very good and friendly. Not far from where we usually stay with AirBnB, the property has sadly changed now but this hotel was only a 2 min walk up the road so perfect for us! Would stay again, thank you everyone :)

The staff was great and very accommodating and let us check-in early—overall we enjoyed our stay. The place felt alright although there were some hairs on the bed upon arrival. The fridge seemed pretty gross too. Laundry was really expensive and didn’t let us do it ourselves. Free sparkling water in the lobby was a plus.

Everything was amazing. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We had an amazing dinner at the hotel. Breakfast was my only comment. When we got there an hour before closing, it was quite empty almost all bread gone and the ready very little food left.

Limited staff (expected guests to register, check in and check out on a computer on a desk); areas of the carpet in the room were not vacuumed; no shampoo (only body wash); no lotion. Older people need more assistance.
