「My husband and I stayed at Charleston Santa Teresa for six nights to celebrate my 40th birthday in early June 2026 and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! From the welcoming and very helpful staff to the beautiful hotel and amenities and let’s not talk about the perfect location and comfy beds. We truly enjoyed our time in Santa Teresa and would highly recommend it to individual travelers, couples, and families. The pool/rooftop view is priceless!」

The toilet was leaking from day one, and although we reported it immediately, it was not properly fixed.
