We were greeted with elegance, cleanliness, and very friendly and honest staff, who were professional by the highest standards, and also looked out for our well being and safety. 「The staff was very warm, welcoming and professional. The room and facilities are very nice, but we had a few issues with plumbing fixture in the bathroom and water pressure. Other than those issues, everything was excellent. Rooms were maintained well during visit. The hotel restaurants (Jardin and 1612) and bar onsite were excellent. Great stay overall and I do recommend.」
