The location was excellent and the largest plus was a well run self-service laundry facilities. The machines were new and functioning. The hotel guests were also very considerate and remove their cloth promptly.
I chose this hotel because I thought it had an onsite restaurant but unfortunately it was closed by business. The hotel is within walking distance but it’s a little inconvenient when we checked in late and were tired. We would stay here again

The kid theme room is amazing. My 1-year-old baby runs around once we enter the room. The facility is well maintained and clean. Strongly recommend family with kids to stay here.

Room was exceptionally clean, no dust on top of the TV etc. Room is very elegant, as well as the entire hotel decoration. Staff were very friendly. Accommodation in the room were very nice. Mini fridge has a working freezer. Shampoo and shower gel were of high quality, doesn't leave cheap dry feeling on your hair or skin. Definitely get the bathtub room! And don't miss the breakfast part! The stay was so comfortable I decided to extend an extra day since I was so tired from walking the Alishan....

The location is not near the train station or high-speed railway station, but you can take a bus or taxi to the hotel. The problem is that soundproof was not good, so you would hear the noise from outside.
