「The pool and pool area stayed dirty the entire time we were there. Most days there were no clean pool towels available and we requested extra washcloths and was told they didn’t have any clean ones. On the day before we came home they had no clean towels or washcloths. We used our own beach towel to dry off with.」

「Ok. Let me start by saying we made a reservation for 2 rooms. We did Not stay. The front desk person (Marcus) was great in helping us with refund and even looking up the phone number to other hotels. Now, why we didn’t stay. My room was quoted at somewhere around $240 total - I was charged $321 once I arrived. The place is undergoing renovations- which should include a bulldozer.
