"When we arrived the bedroom door had been damaged and not on the hinges. Eden Crest was quick to respond and fix the issue. The overall property was so relaxing and the perfect place to spend time away! I would recommend to friends and family! Close enough to Gatlinburg, but far enough to be secluded. "

"It was a great family place. The kitchen doesn’t have a dishwasher. Also, couldn’t find a frying pan so we bought one at local grocery store. Other than that is it was great! Would stay again. "

"The cabin was perfect for 2 people. Well decorated and supplied. Bed was very comfortable. Only CON the cabin is upstairs (wasn’t stated beforehand) and the name of the cabin wasn’t on reservation, so was very difficult to find. "

"We have a great time here and will do it again. One thing I did not get in time and had to call was the code to get it and we did not get a "what to do when you leave" type email so we just collected the trash and left beds unmade. "

"Beautiful place to start overall awesome tv didn’t work in upstairs bedroom and bathroom light down stairs did not work trash on the ground around deck but the place was amazing and as beautiful as can be road to cabin it a little rough so I highly recommend a 4wd or awd during th winter "

"The property was exactly what we hoped it would be for our family Christmas trip! Clean and cozy, we loved the hot tub and three levels for our grown family, and so close to downtown Gatlinburg. The view from the cabin was amazing - you could see every holiday light below on the streets and the skybridge. We also saw bears several times on the drive up to the cabin!"
