「Pleasant green surroundings for a Johannesburg hotel, with spacious rooms. But the food and drinks prices were very expensive for the area so bear this in mind. I was disappointed also that the one treadmill in the gym was not working and I was not permitted to run around the grounds」

「Aside from the check-in staff, the on site staff are non-existent and have no interest in not experience in customer service. Rooms are poorly maintained and poorly serviced. Far too many places better than this to even consider this an option for accommodation. 」

「Check in was tedious. Room was not cleaned properly. Many changes but not notifying us prior like swimming caps for indoor pool as one eg. Food quality is definitely not upto standard of a 4* hotel. Breakfast was poor. Staff only cleaned the room very very late. Front desk staff are not welcoming and hospitable. 」
