"A good stay in a nice hotel. The pool was lovely and large, pool attendants kind and helpful. Rooms could use a deep clean as there was grime around the bath sink water overflow opening (room 1724). A light refresh of the wood features in the room would be well worth it. Breakfast was quite good."

"Such a great hotel with amazing customer service .. The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . "This is one of my favorite hotels in the entire world. It has never disappointed me, and it didn’t do so this stay. The lobby and lower level are just beautiful, the koi pond on the lower level is a great touch, and the view to the Sports Club grounds (I still think of it as the Royal Jockey Club) is stunning. My suite was perfect and I almost never say that about any hotel in my reviews. If I could live here, I would think I had gone to heaven, lol."
