「The best hotel we have ever stayed at. From the check in experience to the valets, all top notch. I can’t even explain how great it was. Everything was perfect. Anything you can think off that you may need is in your room. All the little things made it perfect. We reserved a king with a downtown view and it was perfect. The staff is amazing. That is what made it for us, the staff. It was my wife’s birthday so when we went to eat bruch they had a card and champagne delivered to our room....

「Would not recommend . We booked on the same day as check in, no one would answer the phone or let you into the property without 72 hours notice. We purchased the Villa for one night due to a flight cancellation, tried phoning multiple times and messaging before check in closed but no one would answer the phone. We couldn’t stay at the property because we had no information on how to get in. We were charged full price and no refund given, I suggest you book somewhere else that has better...
