"Excellent location, easy to walk to many areas (Old Town, train station, lake, etc.). What really stood out was the outstanding service from hotel staff, everyone was both nice and helpful. I would give this hotel "six" stars if I could. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time I am in Zurich. "
