「This is a fabulous old style hotel brought up to date in a really good location for Ortigia. The rooftop restaurant and terrace have a beautiful view and breakfast has a very large choice and is very good. The staff are extremely attentive and all seem to have the freedom to chat to guests like human beings and not "5 star robots". A welcome change.」

「The pictures online do not give Mangia Brucoli justice. It is more beautiful in person. Our room had Mt. Etna views that were breathtaking. We had breakfast included and wow it’s amazing. We visited the adult , kids pool and the beach. All were great. Ate in town (Brucoli) and had delicious meals. Strong recommendation!!!」

「The staff were not very helpful, the rooftop Pool was an added extra, but staff needed to learn customer service skills. As we were made to move to eat our lunch.」

「Super Lage, direkt am Park, daher ruhig. Nur 5-10 min bis zur Altstadt. Parken nur eine Straße weiter kostenfrei.」
