「We had an excellent stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Tysons. The service was amazing from beginning to end, and everyone was professional, kind, and attentive. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities were also in excellent condition, which made the stay feel even more relaxing. 「Beautiful hotel. Lovely gym. You could tell it’s new - some hiccups. I tried to call before I got there and the number on google and Expedia didn’t work. Check in was a bit glitchy. The shower gel and hand soap were switched. Took a long time for the water to get hot. Would have expected more from a luxury property」
