「我們被安排住在同系酒店 Royal princess hotel, 但事前沒收到通知，故check in 時找了些時間才到 princess 查詢。同系酒店只有一間開放，應是將所有預訂同系酒店的都放在一起。其他幾間都維修中，故周邊環境不佳，有太多建築進行中。酒店本身質素很好，房間大，整潔，早餐食物種類及質素亦合理。停車就放在街邊，5星酒店都不開停車場有些奇怪。酒店離舊城有10多分鐘車程，如有定期穿梭巴士會更佳。但以價格來說，整體上是超值的。」

「We couldn't fault this hotel at all. It was truly amazing. We felt so well looked after all week. The suite we had was spacious, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette and lots of storage space. The breakfast was top quality, plenty of choice and served over a span of 4 hours which was convenient. We can highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Dubrovnik, wouldn't hesitate in staying there again.」

「We were moved last minute to a sister property, Hotel Excelsior, due to end of season maintenance. The staff was lovely and very helpful with the details of the change. We were upgraded with a beautiful, seafront room and greeted with a bottle of wine and tray of sweets. While unexpected, we had a terrific stay and loved Excelsior and hope to be back to stay again!」
