「Modern and Beautiful hotel strategically located at city center. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful - all essential information was well communicated. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, very clean and well maintained in general. Rooftop restaurant has a fantastic view and the breakfast was well organised with helpful staffs. Will definitely return to this hotel if happen to revisit this city in near future.」

「Great hotel just outside Cortina. Lovely rooms and staff were helpful at all times. Definitely value for money. Only thing to consider when planning trips around the area is the shuttle service can be a wait, as many guests use it, heading in all directions from the hotel.」

「We arrived at 5 pm. Although check in was at 3 we still had to wait for our room to be ready. The property was beautiful. There was a piano player outdoors in the evening that was fantastic. Location was great. Beds very comfortable. Think the service could have been better at breakfast. Never received requested 2nd cup of coffee.」

「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「There was clearly a misrepresentation of the hotel with false advertising on their own website .They claim to have 3 restaurants open now in summer .A big lie! Fiori de Mureno their main restaurant is closed in summer .The pool restaurant only serves snacks and pizza .The inside restaurant is at the bar and not a full restaurant. We drove 6 hours from Aix in the south of France with no decent restaurant lunch at the san remo hotel what so ever was open.Finally there was a cheap restaurant at the...
