"The Grand Palace Hotel Hurghada has beautiful pools and a lovely beachfront setting that makes the stay relaxing. The staff are friendly and truly hard‑working, which adds warmth to the experience. However, the food quality is only mediocre and doesn’t quite match the resort's label. Overall, it was an okay place to unwind, but the dining could be better."

"Overall, the hotel experience was really good. The rooms were clean, the food was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The animation team was also very energetic and did a great job keeping the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. The only negative point for me was the entertainment program. There were no Arabic, Egyptian, or oriental shows at all. When I asked about playing Arabic music, I was told that it was not allowed, which was honestly disappointing, especially for Arabic guests who...

"The food is really really really bad in quality, I had my daughter with me and I was honestly concerned of what I should pick for her to eat. The rest of the hotel is good but I won’t go again as the food is way way way beyond the standard and I am not a fancy eater at all"
