「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

「El crucero muy completo. Los dos almuerzos y el desayuno son buffet, la cena es menú fijo. Todas la comidas están incluidas, no las bebidas. Las actividades son buenas, sobretodo el kayak. El guía/encargado muy amable y divertido. Los traslados desde Hanoi no están incluidos pero se pueden coordinar con ellos. 」

「The boat was superb. Brand new and service was excellent. Food really nice. We were upgraded to this ship on the day when travelling to the port which was a bit concerning but all good in the end. We ended up on a better boat so very nice. Trip was excellent. The only reason I didn’t mark it overall as a 5* was the cost but we got what we paid for. So if you want a luxurious trip to Halong bay I’d recommend this trip 」
