"The hotel and room was beautiful. However, the food was not up to the standard of Vietnamese or Western cuisine. It lacked the correct taste/seasoning. For an area such as Ha Long bay where the food options are not plentiful like Hanoi, the hotel must improve their overall food experience. "

"This is a stunning property with beautiful views of Halong Bay from every window. My room was amazing - possibly the nicest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The food in the hotel is outstanding with plenty of variety. I would highly recommend this idyllic property. "

"Room was excellent, staff were kind and helpful. Amenities were good, however the pool area could do with some maintenance, it’s starting to become a bit grubby and run down. No umbrellas were out. "
