「we liked our stay very much omg the stuff were so helpful it was a new years holiday in Vietnam we could not get a car from ninh binh to ha long had so much stress for one hour called the hotel for help within 15 min everything was ok!came to our hotel they offered us free upgrade and larger beds since we were traveling with 3 children , the room was spacious very clean they even prepared welcome fruit and drinks for us our family is so thankful had a wonderful stay happy memories! 」
