「Dear sir Why did no one tell me that I couldn't bring food to the island and I had to pay extra for it after so many correspondences? Because we booked 10 rooms. So I specifically notified the name of each room. Why was not ready when I arrived at the hotel? Also front desk charged 2 times for our dinner buffet.please make sure refund. Fion from Taiwan 」

「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

「Staff were great we had a great time Activities are fun」

「Tulip is almost brand new. Cabin is spacious and well designed. Facilities are good. Staff are all enthusiastic and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful trip.」

「The staff treated customers as part their family. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Nancy and Ali are awesome representatives of your company. Although we took the 2 day tour it was very relaxing and scenic😎」
