Heraklion 5 Stars Hotels

"The reason we chose this hotel is because it claims “Self-parking included” on the Expedia booking site. During checkin, the receptionist, a gentleman, told us the onsite parking lot was full and we could park at Central park garage which is a couple of blocks away, the hotel would stamp the parking ticket and the cost would be paid by the hotel. We parked our rental car at the Central parking garage and the gentleman stempted the ticket for us. However, during checkout next morning, another receptionist who is a lady, insisted that we must pay $10 for parking. Because we were in hurry to go to a scheduled event. I didn’t have time to talk to their manager and I paid $10. If the lady is right, then the “Self-parking included” is a false claim. "

"This is a gem in the central Heraklion! Hotel itself is amazing with all the latest mod cons. We had a room with a pool in the room - the water was perfectly heated so we could enjoy it despite cool weather. The spa area is lovely and relaxing. It is not only the hotel that made the lasting impression - all the staff were amazing, tentative, helpful. You could say - it is their job, here however they go above and beyond! The hospitality is just amazing. THANK YOU Maria and Theodore for amazing hotel and stay! "

"This is a very nice, new and modern hotel. The breakfast every morning is very good and contains a lot of options and variety of food. We arrived early in the morning on our check-in day, and the staff was incredibly friendly and got our room together as soon as possible for check-in a bit before the standard time. Nice view from the sea-facing side of the hotel and only about a 20 minute walk to Heraklion center with a lot of restaurants, shopping, souvenirs, etc. Overall, this was a great stay. "
