"The Ramses was a great hotel but if you want to just go for a walk outside your hotel. The Ramses is on a busy main freeway and you can cross the street but if you have never been in Cairo. They have a saying in Cairo... if you want to cross the street... take a taxi... theere areno cross walks. People just cross infront of the traffic . Crazy traffic in Cairo. "

The rooms are very clean, the breakfast has a great selection and the location is at an amazing place. What was stunning was the views from the roof of the hotel, the ambience was just the best. I would like to thank Ahmed and the entire staff for being the best. Also, Ahmed does the best tours of Egypt. This hotel is highly, highly recommended. I wish I could just live there at this point. "
