"We only stayed one night but we were so impressed. The property is stunning. The restaurants and bars were great giving me London vibes. All of the staff we dealt with from reception to restaurant were fantastic. The room itself was stylish and super clean. We will definately be back next time we visit Southampton."

"We booked one of the suites with the hot tub. While it was a luxurious experience, the bathrooms needed a bit of renovation and care. You could still hear neighbours and staff cleaning rooms next door, which is annoying if you want to have a nap. Lovely surroundings. Main restaurant ok-ish. I wished they didn’t put so much sugar in all the dishes. Only the dover sole escaped the sugar and was delicious. I think the place is overpriced for the comfort and service, like a lot of places in UK. If...

"Staff were super and the bed and pillows were amazing. Our room had air con, which was turned off when we arrived. It was extremely hot. Full sun had been on the room all day and it was like an oven. We turned the air con on and didn't make much difference. We did not sleep at all well We checked out early at 7.30 am as we we had to look after our grandchildren . We were not able to have breakfast which we had paid for as they didn't start service until 8.30 am All doors were locked...

"Very quiet location. Half Moon Cabin is quite small but fine for a couple . The bathroom looks good but trying to have a shower stood in a sloping bath was not easy . Maybe a large shower would have been more practical "

"Koala cottage is the place to stay if you want a quiet relaxing holiday. Everything is provided, the accomodation is clean and very comfortable. The hosts are welcoming and provide a lovely breakfast, setting you up for the day. The TV is small and difficult to watch with older eyes. But then who goes on holiday to watch TV? "
