"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. "Great property and tremendous service. Staff was fabulous. Room was spacious and comfortable. Talk to the parking valets for tips on local sites and eats. Aspen in general is pricey and the Viceroy is no exception. Be prepared to pay double the price for food, etc over most areas. "
