Location is central to the town, staff is accommodating and will take you anywhere anytime in Aspen. J Bar is legendary. Staff is very attentive. Tips are included in all tabs. A piece of old Aspen exists (with modern updates & conveniences) !

Best hotel in Aspen

Hotel Jerome is always an excellent experience. The staff and the property are simply the best in Aspen. The historic and authentic building have all the best modern features one would expect in a 5 star property. There is no better staff or property in Aspen. Love this place!

This was possibly the most pleasant stay experience I have ever had. The staff at this location makes the experience wonderful from the moment you step onto the property. We loved out stay in Jerome hotel. This is a beautiful iconic hotel and the staff were attentive and friendly. The atmosphere of the lobby and living room is warm and cozy. The only issue was that our room was facing the main street and we could hear cars and noise at night but overall we had a lovely time in the hotel.

If you really want to treat yourself, stay at the Jerome. The staff and service are excellent, and there is a lot of attention to detail here. The location in the heart of downtown Aspen means that just about everything is a short walk away. This has consistently been one of my favorite spots in the state.

Everything in Aspen is always great. You cannot go wrong with the food. However, they do not have late night deliveries in this town. Hotel Chan is decorated with the most beautiful taste. No detail has been overlooked. We really enjoyed our stay. And the breakfast was really amazing too. Five stars from me.

One jacuzzi didn’t work. In the past at night I would get special things Like a cookie or hot coco. That no longer happens. The maid would come way too early. Like 8 am. And wake me. The tea service in the room was great. The soda choice in the fridge was not enough. Only one ginger ale
