「We got there late but the key was waiting for us with a map to the cabin. There was a huge snow storm that night and the power went out but it was restored by morning. The staff was really helpful and communicated very well! It made all the things that happened seemed like it was just part of the adventure. We loved it, just wish we could have stayed another night! 「Top of the Village is a nice slope side condominium complex. As the name implies, it sits at the top of Snowmass Village. The rooms are spacious and well appointed/maintained. The views of the beautiful Snowmass ski resort are plentiful. I’ve stayed at several properties in Snowmass Village, and this one ranks amongst the best. 「Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.」

「Working with Frias properties was easy and above expectations. They answer their phones, are quickly responsive to inquiries and requests, and professional and friendly. The property itself is convenient Lee located right at the base of the mountain in the middle of town. The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds and sheets were comfortable. 「It was great for our need which was a place to sleep when we visited the surrounding areas.Good value. Area is nice. Bed was very hard and parking can be difficult if you have more than 1 car (we didn’t) since you only get 1 assigned parking. We visited during summer and there is no air conditioning in the unit but we left the windows open and it was fine (outside temp at night was 50 in June not sure what it would have been in August)」
