"This hotel was very nice. The staff was great, Alejandra, Josue, and Joel (our travel guide) were all amazing and very helpful. My only suggestions would be to add more lighting to the bathroom and quicker service upstairs in the bar and restaurant. The service was a bit slow. Other than that, it was an amazing place to stay and would still come back. Thank you! "

"I love this place! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and so beautiful. In a great, but quiet location. I would definitely stay here every time I visit SMA. "

"The boarding pass or checkin process is pretty great. It’s robust and full of information. However once you’re in you can forget about customer service. I texted both available numbers given for any sort of help and was completely ignored. The remotes did not have batteries. One of the TV’s wasn’t working and I was left to figure things out entirely on my own. The main bedroom shower drain is clogged. It’s pretty gross showering with feet submerged in used soapy water tha should just drain....

"Excellent home to stay in San Miguel. The rooftop views are amazing. The heated pool at the patio was great, and the house is just a quick trip into Centro. There are free shuttles in the community that can take you to the center and back which was very convenient for us. The community is quiet and there's always security. It's a great option to visit San Miguel. The HOLT staff was always responsive and very professional. I would definitely come back."

"The place was very nice, ample and clean. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast very comforting. The location is excellent, and there is a parking lot just around the corner that can charge by the day if you prefer it. I highly recommend this place! "
